1 pint vanilla ice cream
16 oz. Pillsbury Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
1 Can of whip cream
Press the cookie dough out in an 8-inch round cake pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 20 minutes. Slightly soften the vanilla ice cream before spreading on top of the cookie by leaving it out at room temperature for about 10 minutes. Evenly spread the pint of ice cream over the top of the cookie crust (at this point you can put back into freezer). Then top with the whip cream right before serving. For even more yumminess you can top each individual slice with hot fudge topping, caramel topping and nuts. Have fun with it, your kids will love it.
